How do I care for my wreath?

Like outdoor furniture, porch rails, and anything else we have outdoors, wreaths can also get dirty. Use a hair dryer in a low/cool setting to blow off any debris.

How do I store my wreath?

To store your wreath when not in use, place it in the box it was delivered in or put it in a box large enough that the wreath and any floral components are not compressed.

Will my wreath be the same exact color as it is in the photos?

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee what you see accurately portrays the color of the floral design. We do our best to make sure our photos are as close to the exact product as possible, but can not guarantee that what you see is an exact match. If it is important that the product be exact, please contact us to order a sample, before placing your order.

My order arrived damaged! What should I do?

If the order is received damaged, we will need detailed photos to submit a claim with the carrier. We will send a replacement out ASAP.  We must be notified within 3 days of the order receipt of any damages to your order that occurred during shipping.

Where are your products made?

Suzie Q Gifts is an Internet Based Company. We locally make silk flower wreaths, swags and arrangements, and sell them on-line.  However, you can meet with us by appointment.

How do I protect my wreath and outdoor decor from inclement weather? 

I tested several formulas to determine which product will work best to protect your wreath and outdoor décor from UV Rays and inclement weather. There are many products in the market that claim they protect your outdoor décor from UV rays and waterproof your wreath, however, I have noticed that many of these products will leave your wreath dull or discolored. 

In my opinion Scotchgard Outdoor Sun and Water Shield work extremely well to protect your wreath by blocking the sun's rays that will cause fading and discoloration and its resistance to water will protect your wreath from the rain. There are various types of Scotchguard Sprays. The Scotchgard Outdoor Sun & Water Shield is the one I highly recommend. Please spray outside or in a well-ventilated location due to odor and fumes.

How do you ship each order?

We custom pack each item, carefully securing it within the box using zip ties. This helps prevent it from damage during transit! You can reuse the box for storage later if you choose.

When will I receive my order?

Our creations are shipped within 3-7 business days. Depending on where orders are being shipped, your order may arrive within 1-5 business days after shipping. With all the challenges of COVID-19, we highly recommend ordering early for time-sensitive orders. We are making and shipping all orders within three business days. All freight companies are experiencing extremely high shipping volumes that may result in longer transit times. Estimated delivery dates are generally accurate, but not guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
