Shipping Policy: Your wreath will ship out in a large box secured by zip ties to prevent it from moving and getting damaged during transit.
Return Policy: At Suzie Q Gifts, we understand customers may need to return their wreaths. However, returns are ONLY accepted if the wreath is NOT removed from the box. We secure our wreaths in the box with zip ties to prevent them from moving during shipment. Once the zip ties are removed, returns will not be accepted. To receive a full refund, the wreath must be returned in the same condition it was received.

- Take some time to fluff your wreath before hanging to make sure that it is full, not flat.
- Once a month, blow dry your wreath on the lowest/coolest setting to remove any debris.(Keep it about 12" from the wreath)
- Store your wreath in its original delivery box or in a spacious box to avoid compression of floral components.
- This wreath is safe indoors & outdoors, but be cautious of harsh weather.
